Brand & Identity
A focused identity system you can actually use — logo, palette, type, and a simple guideline doc.

- One-page guidelines
CreazyShop USA is a small American creative studio. We design and build brand identities, websites, and social-media content for owners who want one team, transparent pricing, and work that ships on time.
We’re not an agency that hands you off to four account managers. We’re the people who’ll do the work, send the invoice, and pick up when you call.
We started CreazyShop USA after years inside larger agencies, where the best work tended to lose to the loudest meeting. Today we run a tight US-based studio that takes on a small number of projects each quarter and gives each one the time it actually needs.
Every engagement runs on a fixed price, a written scope, and a single point of contact. No timesheets, no surprise change orders, no "growth hacks" you didn’t agree to.
The same people who pitch the work do the work and stay on it through launch and beyond.
You know the number before we start, and what changes the number before anything is built.
Design, copy, and code all happen in-house in the United States — not subcontracted overseas.
Briefs, proposals, and reports written so a non-designer can read them in five minutes.
Every engagement is fixed-price with a written scope. Numbers below are starting points — we’ll send a firm quote after a 30-minute kickoff call.
A focused identity system you can actually use — logo, palette, type, and a simple guideline doc.
A modern, responsive site designed and built from scratch — no templates, no theme bloat.
Monthly content packages for Instagram and TikTok, built around your real product or service.
Meta and Google ads management with creative production handled in-house — one team, one invoice.
All prices in USD and exclusive of any applicable sales tax. Custom scopes available — tell us what you need.
Short, plain-English pieces about the work we do, the pricing decisions behind it, and the things we wish more clients knew before signing a contract.
Templates ship fast, but every template fights you the moment you grow. Here’s what you actually trade away when you start with someone else’s foundation.
A frank breakdown of what goes into a US-built website right now — design hours, hosting, copy, content, accessibility, and the long tail of "small fixes".
Modern isn’t a typeface or a colour palette — it’s a set of decisions about clarity, restraint, and how a brand behaves under pressure.
The four things we promise on every engagement — in plain English, in the contract, and on the kickoff call.
The proposal is the bill. Anything new is quoted before it’s built.
We respond to every email within one business day, in business hours ET.
The person you talk to on day one is the person you talk to at launch.
Source files, fonts, and rights handed over on final invoice. No lock-in.
Project enquiry, quote request, or just a question about what’s possible — same inbox, same team. We answer in business hours within one day.
This Policy explains what personal information [PLACEHOLDER:LEGAL_ENTITY] ("CreazyShop USA", "we", "us") collects through creazyshop.club, how we use it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have. We’ve written it in plain English and in the order most people care about.
This website is operated by [PLACEHOLDER:LEGAL_ENTITY], a company registered in [PLACEHOLDER:JURISDICTION]. Our registered address is [PLACEHOLDER:ADDRESS_LINE_1], [PLACEHOLDER:ADDRESS_LINE_2]. You can reach us at [PLACEHOLDER:SUPPORT_EMAIL] or by phone on [PLACEHOLDER:PHONE].
We use personal information to (a) respond to enquiries and send proposals, (b) deliver and invoice agreed services, (c) provide ongoing client support, (d) send transactional notices about projects or accounts, (e) send marketing only where you’ve opted in, (f) measure how our site and ads perform, and (g) comply with applicable laws.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some U.S. state privacy laws define "sale" or "sharing" broadly to include the use of advertising cookies and pixels (see Cookies & ads pixels below); where that definition applies, you can opt out using the controls in that section and the rights set out in "Your rights".
We use the following categories of cookies and tracking technologies:
You can disable advertising and analytics cookies in your browser, opt out of personalized advertising through the NAI and DAA opt-out tools, and adjust ad settings inside Facebook, Instagram, and Google. Where required by law (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia), you can also exercise the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" right by emailing [PLACEHOLDER:LEGAL_EMAIL].
Depending on the state or country you live in, you have the right to: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you; ask us to correct inaccurate information; ask us to delete your information; opt out of targeted advertising and the "sale" or "sharing" of your data; and appeal a decision we make about your request. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, and Montana have these rights under their respective state privacy laws; residents of the EU/UK have equivalent rights under GDPR/UK GDPR.
To exercise any of these rights, email [PLACEHOLDER:LEGAL_EMAIL] from the email on your account. We verify identity before acting on a request and respond within 45 days, with one extension permitted by law where the request is complex. We do not charge a fee for the first request in any 12-month period.
We protect personal information using technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk: TLS 1.2 or higher in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication for staff, periodic access reviews, and security monitoring. We will notify you and the appropriate regulators of a personal-data breach affecting you without undue delay, and within 72 hours where required by law.
CreazyShop USA services and this website are intended for adults 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact [PLACEHOLDER:LEGAL_EMAIL] and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Policy as our business, our service providers, or the laws that apply to us change. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page for at least 30 days and, where the change meaningfully affects how we handle your information, communicated by email to the address on file before they take effect. The "Last updated" and "Effective" dates above always reflect the current version.
For privacy questions, requests, or complaints: Privacy Officer, [PLACEHOLDER:LEGAL_ENTITY], [PLACEHOLDER:ADDRESS_LINE_1], [PLACEHOLDER:ADDRESS_LINE_2], or by email at [PLACEHOLDER:LEGAL_EMAIL]. We aim to acknowledge privacy enquiries within 5 business days and respond substantively within 45 days.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and [PLACEHOLDER:LEGAL_ENTITY] ("CreazyShop USA") governing your access to and use of creazyshop.club and any services you engage us to provide. Please read them in full before submitting an enquiry or signing a proposal.
By accessing or using creazyshop.club, submitting an enquiry, or signing one of our proposals, you agree to be bound by these Terms together with the proposal you signed. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use this website or engage our services.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate information when contacting us or signing a proposal, and you are responsible for the accuracy of any content, brand assets, or credentials you share with us.
All services are scoped and priced in a written proposal. The proposal sets out the deliverables, the fixed price, the timeline, and the assumptions we relied on. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any applicable sales tax, which is shown on the invoice based on your billing address. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted in writing as a separate change order before it begins. Starting prices listed on this website are indicative only and are not a binding offer until confirmed in a signed proposal.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we invoice fifty percent (50%) of the project price at kickoff and the remaining fifty percent (50%) on delivery; monthly retainers are invoiced at the beginning of each calendar month. Invoices are payable within fifteen (15) days. Late balances accrue interest at one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is lower, plus reasonable collection costs. We may pause work on overdue accounts after five (5) business days’ written notice.
You may cancel a project at any time by emailing [PLACEHOLDER:SUPPORT_EMAIL]. If you cancel before kickoff, the deposit is fully refundable. If you cancel after kickoff, the deposit covers work performed and is non-refundable; any unbilled work-in-progress is invoiced at our then-current hourly rate. Monthly retainers may be cancelled with thirty (30) days’ written notice; fees already paid for the current month are non-refundable. If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope due to our own fault, we will, at our option, complete the work, refund the unearned portion of fees paid, or both.
The following actions are not permitted under any circumstances:
We may suspend or terminate any engagement for violation, retain or recover any amounts owed, and report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.
On full payment of the relevant invoice, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide licence to use the final approved deliverables for the purpose described in the proposal; for brand-identity engagements we transfer ownership of the final approved logo, marks, and brand system on full payment. Working files, source code, and underlying tools remain our property and may be reused on other engagements. Third-party assets (fonts, stock imagery, plugins) remain subject to their own licence terms; we will identify them clearly in delivery. The website, proposals, and other content on creazyshop.club are the property of [PLACEHOLDER:LEGAL_ENTITY] and may not be copied without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, [PLACEHOLDER:LEGAL_ENTITY] will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms and any related proposal is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you actually paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one thousand U.S. dollars (USD $1,000). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer-protection law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the [PLACEHOLDER:JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact our legal team at [PLACEHOLDER:LEGAL_EMAIL] with a description of the dispute and the relief you are seeking, and to give us thirty (30) days from receipt to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Any unresolved claim must be brought in the state or federal courts located in [PLACEHOLDER:JURISDICTION], and you and [PLACEHOLDER:LEGAL_ENTITY] consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arose, except where applicable law prescribes a longer limitation period that cannot be shortened by contract.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the "Last updated" date at the top. For changes that materially affect your rights, we will notify clients on active engagements at least thirty (30) days before they take effect by email to the address on file. Continued use of the website or signing a new proposal after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
For legal questions, formal notices, subpoenas, or court orders, please contact: Legal Department, [PLACEHOLDER:LEGAL_ENTITY], [PLACEHOLDER:ADDRESS_LINE_1], [PLACEHOLDER:ADDRESS_LINE_2] — or by email at [PLACEHOLDER:LEGAL_EMAIL]. We acknowledge legal correspondence within five (5) business days. Service of process by email alone is not accepted unless we have agreed to it in writing for that specific matter.
